I'm back!

760 Words
I put on my sunglasse's as I take slow steps looking for my mother. A smile stip dancing upon my lips at the thought of seeing her. I've changed, gone is the old Skylar. The girl with braces, big rimmed glasses and always in sweatpants. I'm the new and better version of a girl that was never good enough. I take off my shades as I start to look for my mother, Amenda Daniels can't be missed within a crowd. I spot the families blonde locks within the crowd and walk towards her. She spots me yet no reliasation crosses her face. "Excuse me, I'm looking for a girl. .she has braces and big nerdy glasses. Her hair is most likely in a ponytail and she must be wearing sweatpants and an oversized sweater"She says the moment she's close to me. I roll my eyes at her stupid description of me. "I'm very happy to see you too mother"I mumble with a scowl. Realisation crosses her face as she stares at me. "Skylar!" She screams in shock. "I actually go by sky now"I correct her. She eyes me a up and down with her mouth opened in shock. "You look beautiful" She compliments. I smile with a shrug. "I know" I answer walking off. I'm currently dressed in black ripped jeans, a white T-shirt and my favourite black leather jacket. My hair is down my back and I'm wearing simple black combat boots. The sound of mothers footsteps behind me makes me smirk. I cant wait to get back home! * "Your room is still the same" My mother says as I walk upstairs. I roll my eyes as I instantly get the memo. 'I was way too busy to care about changing your room' is waht she is actually saying. I place my bag on the bed and stare at my old room. A sad smile dances up in my lips as I look at the room I used to cry in every night. That was a long time ago. I take down the pictures on my wall of I and my ex-friends. I chuckle at the sad reality of things. A knock on my door snaps me out of it. I open the door and stare at my mother. "Your aunt sent the motorcycle you asked for" She says. I nod my head and try to open the door but she stops me. "I don't think it will be safe for you to ride it"she says. "Mom, don't start to try and act like you care now, we both know you have never been the motherly type"I scowl at her. "Skylar I just want us t-"I cut her off before she can finish. "Mom I didn't come back to try and fix our mother-daughter relationship. I came back because I have unfinished business"I tell her coldly. "So don't try a d fool yourself, there is no fixing us"I tell her and close the door. I sigh leaning against it, maybe with time I'll learn to forgive my mother. I grab my pyjamas and take a short shower, doing all my business. The moment I'm done I slip into my bed and sleep. The earlier I sleep the earlier tomorrow will come. I cant wait to start with my plan. *.* Peek! Peek! I groan turning around in bed. Peek! I let out a sharp sigh as I throw my pillow at my alarm clock. I toll once more and let out a sharp scream as I plummet to my doom. I pout rubbing my sore butt as I get off the floor. I check the time and sigh walking to my closet. I pick out a midnight blue high waist Jean, black crop top with 'Karma' written on the front and my black boots. I take a short shower and change I to my clothes, my hair is in natural waves and the only make-up I have on I'd my lipgloss a d eyeliner. I grab my bag and motorcycle keys and walk downstairs. The smell of burnt toast makes me frown as I walk into the kitchen. I grab an Apple from the fridge turn away. "I made you breakfast"My mother stops me. I stare at the plate of burnt toast and shake my head 'no' "I'll get something to eat later. I walk out the house and smile as I stare at my baby. Straddling my bike, I roar it to life. It's time for karma to visit the student body of George Hill High school.
