I dug up the earth to bring out the book. It was as though I had bonded with the book. I could feel its pain and I just knew that I needed to remove the dagger away from the book. I have touched the source and there's no going back.
I removed the dagger and threw it away. The relief I felt was exhilarating. I knew that it was meant to be. I wanted to understand more of this book so I went further into the forest with the book. I know that I obviously cannot walk in the kingdom with the book. It looks weird enough.
