I stood at the door of the room where Jane was admitted. They had to perform surgery on her. Mother feared that if they allowed her to transform to speed her healing process, her vocal cords might tear off.
So, they had to manage the process by going through surgery.
Now that the surgery is done and she's going to be fine, I can not just go in and see her.
Mother knew that I was outside, so she went to meet me.
"Judging from what I can see son, I can imagine what you did to have that fight with Lucas. You tried to kill her."
Mother said.
"Mother, it was the only way that I could get Lucas to come down and fight with me. I had no other choice."
I defended myself.
"And what if Lucas had decided to be as stubborn as you were, what would have happened to your sister?"
