J arrived back at the Blackwater pack with Alpha Mark, his nephew, and Alpha Tobias. The security in the pack had increased tremendously. Even though I was known to be the heir apparent, I was not allowed in until I reached out to Beta Tobias. The level of security was impressive.
I saw that the guards at the front of the packs were all skilled and equipped with the moon steel too. They stayed alert and prepared for anything that came.
"We are really showing preparedness here."
I commended the Beta.
"We still need more of the steel that can break through the backs of those creatures. I'm worried that this is not enough at all."
