Part 17

Griffin quiets to dead silence as the wolf growls and searches for him. Suddenly the wolf becomes quiet, this makes Griff thinking that it left so he prepares to take one look aside, when he does the wolf jumps on him. He grabs the wolf's mouth, preventing it from opening its mouth.

The wolf drives closer and closer and almost to his neck as Griff screams inches away from being bitten. During this an injured soldier, during his last breath, shoots at the wolf's eye which gives the opportunity for Griff to escape from the Wolf as he runs as vastly as he can through the corridor.

 Just as he goes, he stops when he notices another wolf eating the flesh of another dead person as it smells and notices him. He turns back to see the other wolf too has come back to grab him. "Aw shit." said the helpless Griffin who is caught between two, just as the two wolves rush towards him, he reaches out his hand and calls out the Amaranthine despite his chances are heavily out staked. The wolves draw closer and closer as Griffin is still calling out to it.

Just as a wolf approaches closer and lunges at him, the gem lands on his hand having raced to him out of nowhere in midair as it lands on his hand. He draws out, grabs the wolf, and throws on the other wolf, knocking them both down. "Hell yeah!" yells Griffin who is supercharged by the Amaranthine as the energies are flowing through like an aura throughout his body.

The wolves get back on their feet and growl at him. Griffin, instead of waiting, rushes towards them in rapid speed, the wolves get ready as he approaches closer, but instead of attacking them, Griffin evades in a small gap between them and bashes his way out of the building through a glass. His energies touch the flame as it bursts the building from within as Griffin jumps out of it and lands on the surface in a superhero landing. He gets up and roars in excitement.

"Yeah baby! Who's the king now?" yells Griffin in excitement as he glances at the Amaranthine and gives a kiss to it, but then he notices if he has the Amaranthine what happened to Jim and Eve. "Oh s**t, Jim….. and Eve." said Griffin as he runs to Wakefield Falls.

Meanwhile at the Center of Wolfcre also known as camp of the wolves is filled with people as the  people of Wolfcre are gathered for a speech from their pack leader, suddenly from the crowd, Lynede emerges and approaches to the front to see her Brother Declan approaches with his scarred face and his grin with another Amaranthine in his neck as Amulet.

The people chant for him as he draws out his power. "People of Wolfcre, remanents of the His'pro, Time as come for us to rise as one, for too long we've been beaten and used as pawns for pathetic beings, they chased us out, now they are hunting us down, they can't control us, they are weak, thinking that their machines will protect them just like those Crinos who thought their strength will, today we rise, we shall break chaos and raise our clan, two days from now, when he'll breaks loose, we will march from today onwards and grow our number till this entire world, the uprising of the Wolves begins!" yells Declan.

 The people of Wolfcre chant for him as he raises his hand. "But however, there's a…. Well… I don't even know what to call it really…there are these things… leftovers of a once proud clan, now have come to attack us, they think we are still afraid of their magic just like our forefathers were." said Declan as he removes his Amulet and shows it to the people from his hand.

"We have magic of our own, and… people… and… we have even some of them." said Declan as few other people drag a boy and a girl with their faces cloaked with a bag. They are dropped to their knees in the stage and are revealed only to find out it is Jim and Eve. "Oh shit." said Jim as the people of Wolfcre boo at them. "First they sent their hunters now they sent this... these… kids, to stop us…  are they really that desperate? To put their trust on their technology and …kids? Thinking that their betterment for the future will somehow make up for the suffering they did in past? No it won't! As long as I breath, as long as the proud blood of His'pro runs in my veins, I wont let it happen! I will lead you all to a new path, one where rules of people with guns, where people of wealth, none of these won't mean a s**t! Which is why today you will witness first hand what happens when you put your trust in these idiots! Today we begin the execution of Humans, and begin our new age, the Age of Wolves!" added Declan as they roar for their new leader.

 Lynede is both shocked and surprised to see the two of them now in the mercy of her brother. She immediately runs to Declan's quarters as Declan too proceeds through his own way. "You are a i***t Declan! Why did you bring them here! Haven't you done enough to that poor girl?" asked Lynede as she sees Declan pouring wine into his cup. 

"The poor girl is dead, sister, I needed more playthings so I took them, besides, it really helped keep up the morality, is it not?" replied Declan. "The exact words you said when you killed our father." said Lynede. "Your father, and yes, I did kill him, he was an i***t, thanks to him, we are almost driven to extinction, we cannot…" Said Declan as Lynede interrupts him.

"This wasn't extinction, what you are doing is, the Crinos is watching us above all, if they let the humans grow, there must be a reason." said Lynede. "Why? Because they are wise? Last time I checked those hulked idiots don't even know how to read, they made a mistake, I will use it and correct it." said Declan. "What then? You think the other clans would just watch while you cause chaos?" asked Lynede.

"Who is going to stop me? The Crinos are busy with their civil war, and the humans are busy hunting them and the vampires who can't even step out of the sunlight, who can stop me sister?" asked Declan. "No king rules forever." said Lynede. "But I haven't even started yet, leave sister, watch as our people take over this entire town and begin marching on the entire world." said Declan.
