"Him." said Lynede as she points it her hand behind them to which everyone immediately looks, there few people with staves and robes approach with their leader Mal'cath, just like all of them, he too carries a staff, but what is surprising is that the staff itself is powered by none other than the Amaranthine itself that rests in their hands.

"Mal'cath became their leader after his father Balthazar who led what remains to be the few people of the Lupus, now known as mages, at first they were kind and thoughtful when Balthazar ruled, so we welcomed them into our clan, but his son despite being happy, was scarred for life of what happened to them, how they were butchered by the Crinos, he was filled with hatred towards the Crinos and wanted to Destroy them, after he took reign, through his leadership, their crave for power twisted them, soon they begin to corrupt some of us too, some of our leaders felt that it is best if we sent them back to where they belong, but before we could sent them, they were… gone, there were no traces of where they went except his stone, the Amaranthines, which powered their staves, we didn't know what to do, so we hid it, hoping it is best if the power of mages are forgotten over time." continues Lynede.

"So, the power of this Amaranthine is... evil?" asked Peter. "Not unlikely, it is in the hands of the one who uses it, Balthazar was the best and brightest, the stones under him were used for the betterment of nature, but his son's intention and his hatred corrupt it's very purpose and driven it's people mad." said Lynede. "So, we are mages?" asked Ilayda.

"Huh? What happened to the vampires again?" asked Jim. "Lynede, thank you for showing us but you still haven't told us what exactly happened, how such wonderful place grew to become into the dark place it is now." said Peter.

"It is that, what you carry is only one of the many stones, like you found yours, my brother too found his, he used it to over throw my father and took the entire clan to his, he needs to be stopped, only with the power of Amaranthine can we stop another." finishes Lynede as everything becomes so bright that everyone closes their eyes, then when it stops, everyone open their eyes to find themselves back in their hideout.

"I need to go; my brother will search for me." said Lynede as she prepares to leave.

Before she could leave Peter grabs her hand as this causes a slight disturbance with Eve. "Lynede wait, what should we do? Where do you we start?" asked Peter. "Two days from now, at the light of the new eclipse, wolves will attack where they will be their strongest." said Lynede as she pulls back her hand by force and runs away. After she left, the crew shares a look with each other.

"This is not at all what I was expecting." said Ilayda. "Yeah no s**t, who knew I could be drawn to some underworld crap." said Jim. "Am I the only one thinking this is too weird, how do we even know if this Lynede is telling the truth." said Eve. "Are your serious right now? You think she blabbered all that s**t up?" asked Peter. "I am saying, that we can't jump into conclusion with one girl's words." said Eve.

 "Guys just shut up alright! Look Eve you may be right, but whether or not we trust her, we need to understand what she said, two days from now there's going to be another attack, we can't let it happen again." said Griffin. "Yes, thank you Griff, yup, we got two days to prepare for this attack, we'll do it, right?" asked Peter.

"Dude, who cares about this war, we'll just warn the cops, let them take care of this." said Jim. "Good luck convincing them." said Eve. "Hey!" yells Jim. "She's right, cops aren't going to take this seriously, and those black suits are only making it worse." said Ilayda.

"So what do we suggest we do?" asked Griffin. "We take the fight to them, we took down those guys in Wakefield Falls right, we can do it again." said Peter. "How? This Lynede, she left, where do we find out where they come from?" asked Ilayda. "I can help with that, with my teleportation, I can scout the entire area undetected." said Jim. Just then Peter's phone starts ringing. He takes it out to see it's Clay calling. "s**t, it's Jake." said Peter. "Go, we got this." said Griffin.

"Thanks, good luck guys." said Peter as he leaves the scene. "It's getting late too, we need a plan quickly guys, Jim, really appreciate your braveness man, but we can't send you alone, I'll come with you." said Griffin. "Dude last time you went there, you came shirtless, besides I don't think you're the sneaky type." replied Jim.

"I'll help then, my powers are sneaky type, right?" asked Eve. "Wait what?" Asked Jim. "But   Eve, your parents?" asked Griffin. "I can cover for her; say we're doing our group studies at my place and stuff." said Ilayda. "Wait, am I the only one shocked to see Eve of all people is agreeing to help me?" asked Jim. "Jim, shut up for once in your life and cooperate alright? Someone needs to have an eye on Katherine too, alright guys, good luck." said Griffin. "You too Griff." said Eve.

Meanwhile Peter reaches his home where he notices a new car parked in Jacody's spot. He parks his bike and approaches the door and opens it, just as he does, Diana who was actually going to leave after waiting for so long notices him. "Oh… Peter, you're here." said Diana. "Yes? And you might be?" asked Peter as from inside the house Clay is showing strange signals with his hand.

"Agent Diana, come in, I have to discuss with you something." said Diana as she paves up the way for Peter to enter. Just as Peter enters, Diana shuts the door and Jacody too walks casually which Peter finds it strange. "Wha.. wh… what is going on here, why did you call me?" asked Peter. "So, you called him too? Here I thought you were just chatting me up." said Diana. "I wasn't trying to." said Jacody. "What do you mean? what's going on Jake?" asked Peter as Diana shows him the same tablet which she showed Jacody. Peter immediately notices it and becomes shocked. "Diana, I don't think it's the right time." said Jacody.

 "s**t….(coughs) I… I..." said Peter. "Mr. Peter, this is a footage of you walking around Wakefield Falls which is under locked down." said Diana. "I can explain…" Said Peter. "He can explain." said Jacody. "Oh really? Can you explain why you are following a animal which attacked you weeks ago? " asked Diana "It isn't what you think." said Peter as Jacody silences him. "Listen Diana, about what happened?" asked Jacody.

"Jacody, shut up and you Mr. Peter…" said Diana as suddenly out of nowhere, A huge light blast hits, bursting everyone to a corner. Peter gets up to see it is actually Jim who had suddenly teleports into the hallway with Ilayda, but they look a little different, Ilayda's hair is grown up and she looks rather pale, and her eyes are thick as red, while Jim, who looks a little aged, both of them are wearing different clothes too as if they are their future selves who had come to visit the past.
