Meanwhile Rebbeca teleports back in to her camp, having mysteriously appeared right in front of them, the thralls become confused whether this actually is their queen. "Help me…. you b****y….. morons!" yells Rebbeca as this grabs the attention of the thralls to take her to tend her injuries, several hours pass as Rebbeca is being bandaged by one of her thralls.
"The wounds are quite deep, even the bite marks contained venomous poison, it took me more than hours to get it out." said the t****l.
"These….wolves, they…are..strong, they almost….killed..me" Said Rebbeca. "Almost, but you shall live my Queen, I'm afraid if this happened to you, Ilayda must have already died." said the t****l. "Yes, it…seems so.. but the ritual…could still work…we don't need.. her alive to… complete it." said Rebbeca.
"I do not understand, what ritual?" asked the t****l. "None…of your… business…patch..me up, we'll get to it.." said Rebbeca. "Yes, my Queen." said the t****l who continues to tend to her injuries.
Meanwhile in the DAWNEGARD base, just as Agent Diana arrive, she sees the entire building is under attack. She stumbles on to Agent Ken, preparing to move in the building with a squad, who is actually incharge of the security of the building. Seeing Diana approaching her, Ken takes out his helmet."What the hell is going on Ken?" asked Diana.
"Prisoners got loose, told you it's a bad idea to keep them here, better switch to protective gear if you are coming with us." said Ken. "Alright, give me just a few minutes." said Diana who rushes to gear up. Soon, they venture in to the building.
As they go, nothing but red lights sound and sounds of electricity thrashing from broken lights could be heard and seen.
They take the left turn through the cafeteria and begin to move to the next room but stops when they hear a noise. "What's that?" asked Diana. Ken gives orders to turn men towards where the unusual noise comes from, it looks to be coming from the kitchen where the wall is tunneled by something beside the door.
The squad aim as they venture into kitchen, since the lights are off, the squad is unable to see what is causing this noise, one of the soldiers switch on the lights and suddenly they see golems feasting on meat from the destroyed refrigerator.
"No body move an inch, they can't see what cannot move, on my mark, shoot directly at their head." whispered Diana. "What the hell are they?" asked Ken whisperingly.
"Mutations, little Frankenstein project went s**t wrong, I'll brief you the details later." whispered Diana. Suddenly one of the soldiers stumbles on a bone, making a cracking sound, which makes all the golem's attention towards that. Before Diana could warn him, he begins shooting at the golem and they all start shooting at them.
Diana blasts off most of the golem, and dives for cover when she runs out of bullets. She takes a reload, then suddenly a golem jumps from above her and tries to grab the g*n. Ken who sees this shoots it off. Diana nods, then takes off the plasma grenade from her bag.
"Everyone dive for cover, on my mark, now!" yells Diana as she triggers and throws at them, blasting off some and knocking them all down. Diana gets up and sees remaining golems knocked off. "Let's move on." said Diana as the squad follows her back.
Meanwhile, Peter wakes up, and almost rushes to get up from the bed before being stopped by Griffin. "Hey, you alright man?" asked Griffin. "Griffin?…Where….am.. I?" asked Peter. "Rouseu Mansion, DC." replied Griffin. "DC? s**t, I…have…to.. go." said Peter. "No No, you're way to messed up to get back up again, lie down." said Griffin as he relaxes him to get back to his bed. "Where's Jim?" asked Peter. "Resting, Kaityln is tending to her now." said Griffin.
"Kaityln is here? Does she know?" asked Peter. "Yeah, and more, more about the threat we are going to face." said Griffin. "Ilayda… is.. dead." said Peter. "What? How?" asked Griffin. "I…don't know..she came….to attack us, they turned her….I did the best I could…I'm sorry." said Peter.
Griffin takes a moment to digest it. "It's… alright, at least we know what happened to her, we shouldn't have left her alone." said Griffin. "Yeah..there's another thing…Jim he..was.." said Peter before getting interrupted by Griffin. "Bitten, yeah, Riley said he look in to it, he's a Vampire too." said Griffin.
"There are…good vampires?" asked Peter. "I wouldn't say he's good, he's on our side, for now, and can you give me a minute? I'll be back." said Griffin.
"Of course." said Peter as he goes to rest. Griffin leaves from the room, unable to accept the fact that Ilayda has died.
Meanwhile in the DAWNEGARD base, the squad reaches the containment facility, destination of their mission after fighting off some creatures which got loose.
"You ready?" asked Ken. "Yeah, home sweet home." said Diana as she leads them in.
This section is even darker than the previous level, they switch to their night vision and proceed forward. As they go through, they notice many bodies drained of blood has been dropped in the floor, and the sounds too gets lower and lower, till it becomes complete silence.
"Ken, which way to her cell?" asked Diana. "Section C, but how did the creatures get loose here?" asked Ken as they go. "What do you mean?" asked Diana. "Each cell controls is connected specifically to its mainframe there is no controls to release all cells with a single touch or a lock, how did she managed to get the creatures free?" asked Ken.
"You have any theories?" asked Diana. "Someone must have manually triggered each cell to open at the exact same time, but why?" asked Ken. "To serve as a distraction maybe, so that the real task is kept away from us, s**t, we need to move back! Now!" yells Diana as she rushes off but falls above to the celling of the corridor, knocking her head hard, as if gravity suddenly changed its point for her. She drops back down as Ken immediately tends to her.
"What the heck was that?" asked Ken as Helana arrives with the Dark Amaranthine in her hand as her eyes glow red. Soldiers start shooting at her but the bullets falls down to the surface as Helana changes the direction of the gravity using the powers of the Amaranthine. "Stop!" yells Ken which makes all the soldiers stop at his command, but suddenly Helana.
"Must die…" whispers Helana in Masculine's voice as he draws out the power further, then the dead bodies slowly starts to get up one by one. "s**t, we need to move, now!" yells Ken as he helps Diana get up as the dead starts rushing towards them.
Soldiers start firing at them as they come along with Diana and Ken; Helana leaves from the scene with the Dark Amaranthine in her hand as the soldiers fight off the dead. As they get close, Diana takes off the dagger and cleaves off as they come, despite their massive amount of dead people rushing towards them, Diana doesn't back down, she cuts off the head of each and every one of them till the last wave.
Suddenly the rest of the dead people drop down, since Helana is now out of reach. Diana kneels down, after fighting off the horde, she looks back to see only few soldiers remaining with her along with Agent Ken. "We failed… she's gone." said Diana in tiresome.
Meanwhile Peter gets out of the room and finds the crew looking at the TV. "Live from Ceuvest, the Central View Hospital, now under the control of the DAWNEGARD has been destroyed, this is the second attack that had occurred in this place, civilIans in Ceuvest are cautioned…." continues the News reporter from the TV.
"s**t, we're too late, they must have took the stone." said Kaityln. "Told you so, at least know we know we're going to die if we enter Ceuvest again." said Riley. "What's going on?" asked Peter. The crew notices Peter, now healed up quite rapidly, unlike Jim, who remains in sedation. "Look who's back to the party." said Mary.
"Peter, you need to rest man, we got this." said Griffin. "I've rested enough, I promised my clan to put an end for it, and I won't rest till I do so." said Peter. "Clan? What clan?" asked Riley. "Peter here is the Alpha of the wolves in Wakefield Falls." said Mary. "Great, where's your pack?" asked Riley. "They're protecting Wolfcre, I can't risk their lives too." said Peter.
"My friend, they aren't after Wolfcre, they are after your Amaranthine, if we fall, so will they, we need all the help we can get." said Riley. "Guys just, Peter, you done enough, let us handle this." said Kaityln. "No way, I already lost Ilayda, I won't lose anyone else anymore, either we go done together, or we succeed." said Peter.
