Julia’s POV
Flashback
Following the ringing of the bell for the second to the last period of the day I slammed my locker and picked up my notebook for Economics, as I was about to round the corner that takes me to my class, a cold substance was dumped on my face and it took me quite a while to recover from the shock.
The ice cream trailed down my cheeks and nearly blinded my eyes. I shivered from the cold impact. It was Emily and her entourage of cheerleading minions and they all giggled at my misery.
“What do we have here?!” Emily snatched my book from my loose grasp and she gave me a devilish smirk.
“Don’t you ever get tired of this witch-hunting?” I raised my brow and folded my arm to my chest. “I mean even the lord rested on the seventh day.”
