No one prepared me for the paparazzi that stormed us minutes later. It was crazy but I had a fun night, all thanks to George.
Upon getting back to the penthouse, Sterling and his twenty assistants were there to welcome me back, congratulating me while I blushed, feeling excited.
George had posted a picture of my engagement ring online and my page had blown up with hundreds of thousands of followers who rushed to check who the lucky bride was. I felt like a celebrity. I felt special, Theodore never made me feel that way when I was with him even though our marriage was the real deal. If this fake marriage could excite me so much, then I’m ready to live in a delusional world for the time being.
