Dante’s pov
I looked at Jade who was acting all innocent and wronged.
I walked out and noticed that Mrs Jones was right behind.
“I will see you home Alpha,” she said firmly and I heard as Jade chuckled.
I walked back home and she was right behind me.
How did she know that I would have turned back?
“Really Mrs Jones, I never thought you would do this to me,” I said and she chuckled.
“All I am doing is helping my favorite employee from her bothersome husband,” she replied.
“But you are choosing her over me? You have known me all my life,” I reminded her and she just shrugged.
“I don’t care, I care about her more than I do you,” she retorted and I just sighed.
I don’t blame her, I care about Jade more than I do anyone else in my life.
