Alpha King Boone tells me that his Beta has freed my men as he and I walk together to the hospital ward where the Luna Queen is now. I don’t know why he’s taking me there, probably because he wants me to see her condition as well. I have no problem with that. Somehow, for reason I can’t even comprehend, I care for the Luna Queen. I think she’s a wonderful woman, I wish her nothing but a full recovery.
The Alpha King makes small conversations here and there about what he had to do before coming to see his wife again. It wasn’t an easy decision leaving her, but he was the King. There were jobs that needed to be done that couldn’t be delegated. Besides, his wife was in good hands and he just needed to believe that. The doctors would do their job while he would do his.
