The days flew by quickly and Veronica hardly noticed it with the bulk of schoolwork she had. She practically lost track of time and only woke up on Saturday morning with the constant beeping of her phone. Half of her wanted to fling the phone across the room to be left in peace, until she opened her eyes and reached out to grab her phone from the bed table when she saw her calender.
