Introduction to Sirius

As we were passing through the Lycan Territory I noticed tall buildings and a town full of people. Happy people with smiling faces something I never seen much of. Children playing outside with one another, Women shopping, and mingling amongst one another. Men talking to one another and carrying on with their everyday duties. Thinking to myself it’s not so different from the blood moon pack.

I promised myself this is not a permanent stay I have to carry on with my life. I had plans, and now since that dream, I’m not so sure that I am as safe as I thought I was in the blood moon pack, or any pack or any pack. I am happy to be away from my father; he was a downer a bully. He was no better than the bullies at school or the ones in the pack. Even when he yelled at me, I always stayed quiet. Learned along time ago to stay quiet and let him talk. Always listened never disobeyed an order. Looking out the window, I seen nothing but trees now.

I guess we were approaching the pack house. I felt kind of sad, because today was supposed to be the happiest day in my life. I only turn 18 once, and I only find a mate once. I heard of second chance mates but never knew anyone to experience that. I was supposed to have a mate, I was supposed to be happy, I was supposed to leave within the next month and never return. Now I’m stuck here with this killer paying off a debt that my father caused. I was so stuck in my thoughts I did not realize that the car stopped, and we were at the Lycan King house. I had closed my eyes when I was in my thoughts and when I opened my eyes tears started dropping down my face.

I looked to my left and all I seen were eyes like the ocean itself looking at me, and I don’t know if it was just me or if he felt something to. I began to feel calm after looking in his eyes. Almost like he calmed my anxiety. How can he do that? The Lycan King lifted his hand to wipe away my tears from my face. All I could do was look in those mesmerizing mermaid blue eyes. The Lycian King opened his mouth and said what is wrong my dear, are you okay? DEAR! I shouted in my head, OMG who does he think I am. I am not his dear I am but a servant to clear a debt I thought.

To myself I repeated do not tell him anything just say yes. I opened my mouth, and I said yes everything is fine. He talked once more and said let us go in so I can show you around. We stepped out the vehicle. As soon as I stepped out, I looked at the house. Never seen something so big. It reminded of the house from Beauty and The Beast my favorite Disney movies. Roses all colors surrounded the house. Statues of wolves around the top of the cement structure of the house.

I began to follow him to the front door of the house, and we continued inside. He said my name is not king or your highness for you my name is Sirius, and may I ask you name, I said Arianna, and he smirked as he repeated my name Arianna that is nice, I like that. Repeating it like he was trying to remember my name. Sirius began to lead me in the living room, and he walked me around the rest of the downstairs and showed me the kitchen, The Dinning area, and the servant chambers. I was a little confused when we walked out the servant chambers and began to walk up the stairs.

Sirius walked passed the second and third floor and stopped on the fourth floor, and I followed him looking very confused. The top level which was the King floor is usually for the king and his queen and is untouchable to anyone but servants. My head was c****d to the side as I was so confused. Sirius spoke and said that I will be sleeping on this floor in his room with him. I became deaf for a second and asked Sirius to repeat himself for I did not hear him clearly. He repeated it once more and my eyes begin to expand because I am not sleeping in the same room as this monster. Who do he take me for I am not a loose woman, I do not get down like that.

I cleared my throat and asked him to repeat himself just one more time because third time is the charm. Sirius said you will be sleeping in the room with me. I asked why without any hesitation. Sirius gave a look like he did not have to explain, but for me to sleep in any room with him he will have to explain himself. He grabbed me and looked me in my eyes, and he said because I said so, and you are mines, and I do not need another man putting their hands on you. That kind of taken me aback like why protect me of all people. I am no one for him to protect just a servant paying off a debt. I do not know where the strength came from but I got angry and I frowned and I told Sirius, I will not sleep in the room with you I am only here to pay off a debt afterwards I’ll will be out of this pack and away from you and Patrick.

As I turned away to walk away, I felt someone grab me from behind and lifted me up like i weighed nothing. I begin to wiggle and grab the door holding on with all my might and screaming. Which of course no one heard me we were on the fourth floor for goddess sake. Sirius put me down and my wolf Medina liked stuff like that she started purring all in my head. I was so mad my face turned red. Sirius finally put me down and walked towards the door and turned around. I stood there with my arms folded across my chest he knew if he was not in front of that door I would’ve ran straight towards it. Now what are you going to do Sirius said.
