After the whole ruckus over the past few days, I finally resumed work today. It was great being back here and seeing everyone so nice to me.
They had somehow gotten news of my accident although they didn’t really know the cause, yet everyone was bringing me welcome back gifts and flowers.
I just finished helping a patient out with Dr Black and I was in my office now resting a bit before the next consultation.
I settled down on my chair and exhaled deeply. I was a bit exhausted already from attending to patients but I loved being here so it was work that was worth it.
After closing my eyes and drifting off to sleep for a few minutes a knock came on my door jolting me awake.
I checked my watch and saw that I had only been asleep for a few minutes. Who was this?
