“Mom” I called out immediately when I got home.
I rushed to her side immediately confused about what the emergency was. She sounded so urgent on the phone.
“What’s the problem?” I asked looking over from her to Ryker and Ryker again.
They looked like they had been fighting and tugging at each other's clothes before I walked in but they were each other's favorite so how could that really be?
“Mom wants me to pull out from the academy and you know I can’t do that. This is my only chance to make something for myself.” Ryker said.
