Hunter’s POV
I could feel her slipping away. I don’t know how she made it back to me. The doctor said it was unlikely. I couldn’t stop the pain in my chest everytime I had to talk to the doctor. I don’t think I would have survived losing her completely. That pain was unlike anything I have ever felt in my life. The moment she woke I could feel a stirring. I could hear her awake. It was the strangest thing. I heard this crazy whooshing sound and then a strange thud. I felt her pull me to her. When the nurse wouldn’t let me in the growl that ripped from my chest had the entire building trembling. I feel bad for the poor nurse now, but she shouldn’t have stood in my way.
