A Night in Chaos Bob, Jim, and the boys had a rough night in store after carving out a little space for themselves in the main ballroom of the Marriott Hotel in Oakland. It was the best they could do. Having money for a room meant nothing now, but it figured to help pay for some food. The hotel gave those without funds the opportunity to eat for free, but Bob and Jim agreed to just be honest and pay for the meals. They didn’t know how long they had to make their cash last, so they did not pay the full suggested price, but they did pay something.
