When I wake, I find myself nestled between Dolton and Jonathan, their steady breathing creating a soothing rhythm around me. But Sebastian is nowhere in sight. Carefully, I shift my weight to avoid waking them and climb out of bed, my bare feet touching the cool floor. A quiet sigh escapes my lips as I quickly shift back into my human form, the familiar sensation grounding me.
After stepping into the shower, the warm water washes away the remnants of sleep and tension. Wrapping a soft robe around me, I glance around the room, realizing with a pang of annoyance that I have nothing to wear.
