Del Watching what Dzhan does when he’s in his dorm room has become a habit of mine which I am ashamed to admit I look forward to. But it is what it is. I’ve been doing this for almost a week now and I am yet to feel regret about it. It’s just… comforting. Watch him watch me every time his new roommate isn’t there, like it’s not enough having him in my office with me for the last few days, stealing glances at him when I know he’s distracted by the work I give him. He did turn out to be a useful TA. I didn’t need a new TA and I haven’t quite forgiven him about the way he got his job, but at least me and Jaia are good now and she’s already filling in the role of a TA for another professor.
