Del I love Mondays. Contrary to what is accepted around the world I do. It’s the promise of a new week of tasks to keep me busy that’s so alluring, the promise of having a purpose. According to Jaia it’s only because I am lucky enough to love my job and do it with passion, and it’s true, I am not arrogant enough to say it’s something everyone should do. It’s my little oasis in a desert made out regret and guilt. Not this Monday though. The world today is covered in thick fog, the air is damp and it’s getting on my nerves as I hurry through campus, the click of my heels and the distant caw of the crows in the woods the only sounds to break the silence this early in the morning.
