Chapter 19 London, 2017 A couple of days after they'd met at the bar, Jules reached Marie once more, inquiring as to whether she could meet her some place private. Furthermore, however she was happy to hear from her, Marie’s heart sank when she understood that the lone conceivable spot she could take her to was her own level – Karl, all things considered, shouldn't think about their gathering. The memory of her last visit there, that bizarre, frightful feeling of being watched, the abrupt, startling explosion of music detonating down the flight of stairs actually spooky her, and she sat briefly in Karl’s front room, gazing down at Jules's message before she composed her answer. She was appreciative the next evening as she let herself into her structure that Jules had essentially consent
