The air was thick, fog draping the lands dominatingly. The biting cold was channeled through the howling wind which showed no mercy to those exposed to it. A blanket of frozen crystalline water padded the once sandy ground, winter had dawned.   Five men and two women trudged through the snow panting, their eyes focused on the Northern Kingdom. They had used a portal to arrive in the Western Kingdom, back to the shack where a lot had transpired.
