He is coming...

Selena's POV

" Selena..... Wow.. " I heard Damien whisper from behind me. I turned around to see he was talking about and found him staring at my feet. I looked down to see a little cub curling up at my feet, lost in thought I didn't even notice the little silky fur ball approach me. Amused by the cuteness, I bent down and pick the cub up. He began cutely purring in my arms, liking my palm making me laugh. Damien scoped him out of my arms and began tickling him. The cub transformed back into a little boy in his arms barely filling his palm. The cute ball of joy laughingly shouted, " Unkle damin!!!! ". Soon the kid regained his breath and began beaming at me with a joyful look. " Who is this little man? " I asked dropping down to meet his eye level. "l'm luuca unkle damins nephu. And hu bar yu? ", he inquired beaming his big doe eyes. " She, my little wolf, is you aunt. Isn't that right love? ", he said winking at me with a smug look. A shy smile crept its way up to my lips along with a blush to my cheeks at his possesive words. Facing the little man in Damien's arms I asked, " Do you want me to be your aunt little guy?", throwing a challenging look at Damien. "Hey! Why does he have any say in that matter? ", exclaimed Damien with a pouty face. Before I could reply luca announced, " No, I no wan thu tu be anty. I wan thu mary yu!!! ". Saying this he jumped out of Damien's arms and wrapped his tiny arms around my legs." Yu ar soo prethy and nice. I lub yu! ", the little guy who barely reached my a little above knees confessed. Laughing at his innocent confession, I scoped him up in my arms. " Is that a proposal? Oh I'm honoured!. " I responded with a adoration to which a growling and jealous Damien whisked the cub right out of my arms and put him on the ground. Pulling me by my  waist he crashed me against him and wrapped his arms around my shoulder protectively and retorted to the little man who was glaring at his uncle for holding his girlfriend, " You aren't allowed to propose to my mate! She is mine and only mine. And I don't share. " , with a childish jealousy in his voice. 

"Well well how about that! The mighty alpha is jealous of his 5 year old nephew? Never thought I'd see this from you brother", said Damien's sister with a teasing smirk on her face picking up luca to which Damien grunted in response making me laugh at his childishness. Just then James came running from the pack house to me with horror painting all over his face. " What happened?" I asked him understanding the seriousness of the situation to make him come sprinting and be so horrified. " He... huff-huff... He is..... huff-huff.... Back.... huff-huff... ", he answered trying to stabilize his breathing. " Wait what? Who James? Who is back?", I questioned trying make sense of what he was saying. After a few minutes of strained breathing he finally spit out a name that shook me to my core, " Aaron".  The one name I've been running away from after it destroyed everything I've loved leaving me alone and lost in this world. 

FLASHBACK..... 

Third person's POV

It was a big day for the crescent moon clan as it was the alpha's daughter's eighth and first birthday with her wolf suzu. The whole clan was present to pay their respects to the future alpha of the clan with presents and special gifts of all sorts. The young alpha was adamant t.hat day that she would have to wear her mom's handmade flower crown made from her special blue astrids and lilacs that grew in a flower patch on the far end of their estate. Unable to refuse her pretty doe eyes, her father gave in to her request and let her take her mom and go. 

After a good 30 minutes walk the mom and daughter reached the flower patch and settled down and began making the signature crown. The little girl was clumsily walking around the flower patch collecting flowers for her adoring mother to make her a crown matching to her satin gown hand sewn by her mom for her. The young alpha insisted on looking as her self for the guests as it was today she was gonna meet the alpha with whom her marriage was fixed. She wanted to prove to him that she didn't care about what others thought of her and that she was fearless enough to be herself anywhere. She proudly produced all the beautiful blossoms she had picked to her mom to make her a crown. Her mom lovingly took the flowers and told her to wait around till ahe finished her perfect tiara. After another very half an hour the mom called out to her daughter to place a beautiful tiara on her princess. The little girl came running to her mom enthralled to receive her crown but before her mom could place the crown a screem pierced the air. The mother saw that the pack house was on fire and vampires were chasing down any wolves running out of the pack house. She immediately picked up her confused cub and ran further away from the pack house but unfortunately she was seen by a group of vamps who began to chase  her. 

The panicking mother tripped on a tree root and fell to the ground with her child landing further from her. As the vamps closed in on her, a disguised traveller came to her rescue. He, though was ordinary looking, possessed great power with which he battled all the enemies. He transformed into a humongous wolf that was mercilessly ripping apart all the vampires that came at him. Although he was strong, he was previously wounded which made it hard for him to keep fighting. Buying some time out of the battle by blasting away the vampires he approached the young pup that was barely holding consciousness and whispered " All will be well O young one! But beware of  the vampire named AARON. ".with that he placed his plan on her forehead and passed on a great power on to her which instantly healed her wounds from the fall. As the last of his power entered the girl, the traveler dropped dead onto the ground. A great ancient power now surged through the weak body of the alpha devouring her life force. The newly awakened were wolf in order to protect her human soul sacrificed herself to stabilise the power and sealed it within the young alpha's body to prevent danger from finding her. The shock being too great put the girl into a vegetative state preventing the enemies from tracking her aura or energy signature. Her life was never the same ever again.
