Chapter 5: Date night part 2 and 20 questions

Becs' POV

"Let's get out of here. I want to show you something." I cheerfully. "Lead the way babe." Ben said getting up to pay the bill. He kept me at his side before holding the door for me to leave. "We can walk, it isn't too far." I said taking his hand and linking our fingers together. We chatted the whole way. It was just getting dark when we arrived at the park on the hilltop. 

"We have perfect timing! Come on Benny I'll race ya to the monkey bars!" Becs shouted taking off ahead of him making him laugh at her silliness. It didn't did much for him to catch up with her, especially with her ankle boots on. The monkey bars were right at the edge of the park overlooking the small town. Everything was lit up. I climbed up the monkey bars and sat on top with my legs dangling. Ben soon followed my lead and heaved himself on top sitting next to me. Our thighs were touching and he wrapped his arm around me as I rest my head on his shoulder. My hormones are lit up with the closeness. Damn this boy does things to me. 

Ben POV

"It's a beautiful view, isn't it?" she said looking up at me. But I was already looking at her the whole time. "It sure is, baby doll." I whispered before I leaned in and captured her lips with mine. She let out a soft moan before kissing me back. We pulled away after a few minutes of kissing. "Your lips taste so sweet, beautiful. I could kiss you forever." I whispered into her lips. "Promise?" She whispered back looking deep into my eyes. Her eyes were dancing full of love making my heart melt. "Promise Becs." I responded before kissing her forehead and tightened my grip around her as she rest her head back on my shoulder. We looked over at the lit up town enjoying the view. Both completely content. Becs had rested her pretty little hand on my knee. Her touch making my tingle. I never felt this way before. I am at this sweet red headed girl's mercy. I wouldn't change a damn thing. 

"Can I tell you a secret?" She asked softly looking up at me. Her face was peaceful and content. 

"Always, gorgeous." I said smiling down at her. 

"My dad was the only one who called me Becs. I haven't heard that nickname in years." She said thoughtfully. 

"s**t baby, I'm so sorry I'll stop call..."she placed her fingers on my lips. I kissed her fingers as she gave me a sweet smile. "No Ben, I like you calling me Becs. It makes my heart happy." She said. I flashed her my classic smile before responding, "As long as you are happy Becs, I'm happy."

"You're the sweetest person, Benny." She said pecking my lips. "Only for you, beautiful." I said I stole a kiss from her. 

"Can I ask you something?" I asked. "Sure, handsome." she answered. "What happened to your dad?" I asked gently. I saw a wave a sadness of cross her face and she tensed up. " Rebecca, baby, you don't have to tell me. I don't want to pressure you." I added quickly. 

"No, It's okay Ben. I want to tell you. Tell you everything. I just need time." she said with a sad smile. This poor girl is hurting. 

Becs' POV

For the first time ever, I don't have the urge to cut when my dad and our accident was brought up. Ben is already helping me heal without realizing it. "Take as much time as you need sweetheart." He said tenderly I felt his arm tighten around me in a gentle squeeze. I kiss his cheek before resting my head back on his shoulder. "It was a car accident." I admitted but I wasn't ready to tell him the whole story yet. I'm not that strong to say it out loud. "I'm sorry, baby. I would like to hear more about him one day when your ready." His voice was so tender and gentle. He truly cared about me. It was evident in his voice. "I'd like that too." I simply responded. 

Though I was actually fine sharing the small amount of information with Ben, he sensed me sadness. "I have an idea, lets play 20 questions." He said cheerfully. "Fun! You start Benny." I chimed. 

Ben: "Hmm, we'll start off easy. Favorite color? Becs:"The shade of blue that your eyes are."   Ben: "mine is red" he said as he ran his fingers through my curls.

 Becs: "Favorite food?" Ben:"meat and potatoes, I'm a growing boy" we both chuckled.   Becs:"mine is chocolate and cheeseburgers." 

Ben: " Any previous boyfriends?"   Becs: "No, you're my very first."  Ben: "You're my first girlfriend too. Does that mean you're..." he trailed off embarrassed. I giggle lightly, "Its ok Ben, You can ask if I'm a virgin." I replied openly. "Are you?" He asked with a hint of hopefulness in his voice. "I am. I have not been with anyone in anyway." I said with a gentle smile. "Are you a virgin?" I ask. "Yes. I do not get how people can sleep around like s*x means nothing. Its supposed to be special." He answered. "I agree with you. But that's 2 questions from you, my turn!" I teased.

Becs:"What is the last show you binged watch?" Ben: "well its a mix of tv shows and movies but Star Wars."  Becs: "Awww Benny, you're a SW nerd? Me too!!" "Thats awesome" He responded. "I know what we are watching over the weekend" he said cheerfully.  Becs: "Sounds perfect! As for my answer. It was Scrubs. Its my go to when I need to laugh."

Ben: " If you could live anywhere, where would it be?  Becs: Hmm Italy or maybe Scotland or Ireland or some tropical island somewhere."  Ben:"All those places sound good to me too" He smiled brightly. 

Becs: Swimming or sled riding? Ben: "Both, I love summer and winter."  Becs: "I love winter too but I think I love the beach more. So swimming!"

Ben: "If you could be any animal, what would it be?"  Becs: "A wild horse. They are graceful and free."  Ben: "A Lion. Because their badass." 

Becs: "What would your perfect date be?"  Ben:"Doing this, with you" He leaned in and started kissing me. I Immediately started kissing him back. He pulled, "and yours?" he asks with a smirk. What a friggen tease this boy is! Becs: "I think I agree with you, but a day at the beach would be a close second." I giggled. 

Ben: "Do you have a part time job?" Becs: "I do, I help teach younger dancers at my dance studio where I take lessons." Ben:"Cool, what type of lessons?" Becs: "Everything. I'll learn any type of dance. I just love it." Ben: "That's awesome! Is that what you want you to be?" Becs: "Yes depending on where volleyball takes me. But I would love to study dance in college. Whether being a professional dancer or instruction, I do not care. I just want to dance." Ben: "You'll do it all Becs, I can see it." I just smile at him, "How about you ben?" Ben: "I was a lifeguard before we moved. I'm looking for another opportunity around here." Becs:"Well, it's your lucky day Benny. I just saw that the indoor sports complex is hiring. They have a large pool there. They offer lessons and free swim time as well as water aerobics. I believe the water polo club uses the facility too. You should check it out." Ben:"That would be perfect, thank you!"

 We went on asking each other different questions; learning a lot about each other. It has been a perfect date. "Its almost time to get you back home babe." He said hopping down to the ground. You're right." I sighed. "Jump down and I'll catch ya." He said smiling. 

He reached up grasping my hips as I hopped down. He brought me straight into him pulling me tightly against his chest. His hands firmly planted on my hips. I wrapped my arms around his neck and stood on my tippy toes to reach his lips. He met me halfway as our lips smashed together roughly. The closeness of our bodies sending my damn hormones into overdrive. f**k. 

Ben's POV

I gently bit her lower lip to gain full access to her pretty mouth. Thankfully she happily obliged. Our make out session is heating up as our soft moans fill the air around us as our tongues battle for dominance. Thank f**k no little kids are around. This is getting to be too much, I feel my buddy down there getting too amped up. I need to slow this down. f**k, her body feels good against mine. We both came up for air, completely out of breath. 

"You're driving me crazy, sweetheart." I whispered. 

"I could say the same about you, my handsome boy." She whispered back. We shared a soft kiss before heading back to my car. And then another couple kisses when I walked her to her front door. I never wanted to her to go inside. This girl will be the end of me. And I am completely okay with that.
