Golden days-Classroom Mischiefs and Mischievous Pranks

401 Words
After that initial ‘prank’ incident, our friendship took a delightful turn. We quickly became inseparable at the tuition center. From sharing notes to whispering jokes during long lectures, we were partners in crime. There were days when we couldn't stop giggling, even when the teacher was busy explaining a difficult physics problem. Often, our laughter would catch the teacher's attention, and within seconds, we would both be standing in the corner as punishment! The entire class would erupt in laughter, and some of our classmates would tease us, saying, "You two are never going to be normal!" We would just exchange glances and try hard not to laugh again. Those moments of shared punishment felt more like a bonding exercise than a real penalty. However, our friendship wasn't just about soft whispers and shared notes; it had its fair share of playful aggression too! One afternoon, while I was busy writing in my notebook, he was sitting right behind me on the back bench. Feeling bored, he reached out and pulled my hair. To my absolute shock, a small clump of my hair actually came off in his hand! I was furious. Without a single second of hesitation, I turned around and gave him a hard slap on his arm. It was an instinctive reaction. Unable to let it slide, I marched straight to the teacher and complained about his 'misbehavior.' The teacher walked over, looked at the both of us, and turned to him with a stern expression. With a sarcastic glint in her eyes, she asked, "What is this? Are you trying to harass the girls in my class?" The entire classroom went silent for a second, and then burst into chaotic laughter. Poor guy, he turned bright red and kept his head down, completely embarrassed. Seeing him struggle to find words while the teacher scolded him was probably the funniest moment of my entire tuition life. Even I couldn't stop grinning, despite being the one who complained. Looking back, those days seem so golden. It wasn't just about the study or the lessons; it was about these little, silly moments—the teasing, the accidental hair-pulling, the scoldings, and the way we found joy in the middle of a serious classroom. Every prank and every argument only pulled us closer, weaving a story that I cherish more than anything else.
