“Pretty sure,” said Ethan. “The episode ended with Angie shooting herself in the head. Kind of hard to fake that. Plus…well…I think Gloria Styles is the last person I’d agree to work with again.” One hand on the wheel, Ethan gently laid the other on Finn’s own, which had rested on the console between them.
Finn smiled warmly, lacing their fingers together. “Yeah,” he agreed quietly. “I know.” Wanting to work with the woman who tried to sabotage Ethan’s new relationship certainly wasn’t one of his highest priorities. Finn shook his head and sat up straighter. “In a way I’m kinda glad for that, actually.”
