*Rosalyn's POV*
Staring up at the stars with the crisp cold night air pricking at my skin, I couldn't understand anything anymore. It seemed as if the farther I came the more I lost, yet gained.
I didn't know where I stood with my father, if he even cared anymore. We use to be so close, he was everything to me but as the years went by that seemed to fade. Once I chose what I'd do with my life, it seems that that was the breaking point for him.
I lost Alex and Alexis, if I had ever had them. They didn't know who I really was but that hadn't mattered at first. When I got to know them, I didn't feel like I would lose them like this. I was naive though... Thinking after keeping such a big secret, they'd understand. It wasn't right on my part. None of this was okay.
