Erin couldn’t believe what her eyes were seeing as she stared at the screen. From beside her, Alaric excitedly pointed out, “There it is! It did fall!”
There it really was. But wait, just because a necklace was there didn’t mean that he had been telling the truth about everything. It merely proved that there did, in fact, exist a necklace that Alaric didn’t lie about, but all of that hocus pocus about inter-dimension travel and all of that royalty stuff remained open for investigation.
Erin glanced at Alaric, still plenty suspicious, but a tiny bit more convinced. She had to know more.
“Okay, Andy, can you fast forward? We need to find whoever it was that took the necklace,” she said, actually determined now.
Andy nodded and did as he was told, and all threw of them watched the screen
