“Oh my God, I can’t believe we are finally done,” Erin groaned as soon as she entered her room, followed by Alaric who closed the door behind him. “Holy s**t. I thought my cheeks were going to fall off,” she continued, checking her face in the mirror to see if everything was still working. “Had fun, did you?” Alaric asked without a hint of amusement in his voice. He stood by the door, with his arms crossed. “A bit, yeah,” Erin smirked at him through the mirror. She knew exactly why his mood was sour. “Your family's alright, but my favorite is Almina,” she casually said, turning around so she could take a look at the back of her clothes on the mirror.
