Third person POV

It's been 2 weeks now since Ryan was admitted to the hospital thankfully he gained his consciousness after his friend Liam visited him, Liam was the only other person who can do this and the first one was already gone also she was the reason why Ryan didn't care about living more.But due to heavy bleeding in his head there were concession which were giving him problem whenever he thinks something his head starts getting hurt or his other body parts get paralyzed.Today his concession was on high his head was aching and also he can't just move his body when this was happening Alice and twins were with him Alice got panicked and ringed the emergency bell beside Ryan's bed. Doctors and nurses entered his room immediately they were checking upon him and soon they decided to take him to the examination lab to examine his head injury when nurses were pulling his bed his hand touched another patient's hand while crossing paths Ryan felt something ignited inside him but doesn't know what was this feeling. He ignored the feelings and started listening doctors conversation," Doc his brain is severely damaged I don't know how he is surviving we have to do a surgery for him immediately or else his living chances will decrease", if it was before Ryan definitely would've got scared but now he doesn't care,"yes Doc Anderson I'm well aware of his condition but the surgery you are suggesting you and I both know it's a very complicated surgery his survival after the surgery has only 50-50 possibility", doctor Anderson was listening and nodding at the doc and then he said," but as a doctor we have to do this we have to take this risk today we will inform his family about the surgery", doctor Andrew just nod at his colleague.

After being shifted to his room again he was wondering about the touch he felt before, 'who was he/she? why I felt like this?what happened to him/her?' his thoughts gets interrupted by the squeal of her niece her brother Danny was teasing her seeing this Ryan heart again ached he calls them both near him,they settle on his bed and Ryan hug them like his life was depending upon this hug, after breaking the hug his niece complained," Uncle, Dan is pulling my hair and he is making fun of me by saying ' Lilly milly silly', he even stole my favourite doll and hide it somewhere....", and her complains went on Ryan was very amused although they were twins(fraternal twins) there was nothing similar in them even in appearance they were not similar,Lilly got rose gold blonde hair just like her mother her green eyes, pale white skin, her face features everything she got was from her mother except the dimples which complete her appearance whereas Danny had brown hair, blue eyes, hard face features with no dimples and white skin colour just like his father, no one can tell they are siblings let alone twins, Lilly was a cry baby soft hearted and Danny was a very strong willed boy even at this small age, Ryan's thoughts destructed by the screams of kids he looked down only to see Lilly and Danny again fighting over something he was at a loss he didn't know how to make them stop.

"Dan stop teasing Lilly she is your little sister" Alice said entering in the room today Alice saved him he released a deep sigh," Auntie Al I'm not little we're of same age" Lilly again complained," I'm your big brother Lilly silly see Auntie Al also said this" Danny was feeling proud his aunty support him, Alice on the other hand got scared seeing Lilly at the verge of crying, for distracting them she asked," okay so who want to go to park and have their favourite chocolate", hearing this both kids' face lighten they scream in happiness, Alice smiled at them and asked Ryan," Bro.. do you want anything? should I bring you something when we will be return?", Ryan just shook her head and said," just be carefully take them with you, I want no harm on them understand?", Ryan asked in cold way Alice was shocked and just nodded her head.

"okay kids, come let's go" saying this Alice clasped her both hands with kids and left the room.Seeing their retreated figure, he was again started thinking about the patient whom he encountered before he was wondering 'who was he/she? what happened to him/her? why I have this weird feelings for that person?', he shook his head in annoyance.Ryan waited for some more minutes to get assured no one was present , he picked up his phone which he demanded and got from nurse this morning from his stuff. He called someone and waited for the person to pick his call after 3rd ring the call was connected," You useless person, I gave you just one work to do and you didn't succeeded", Ryan facepalmed his face and seeing the person is not replying he continued," how after hitting by a truck I'm still alive? I gave you so much money for this work but ofcourse you proved me right you are a human and human are made for always making others dissapointed", the person on other side of phone was dumbfounded he didn't know what to say Ryan just mentally shook his head and cuts the call.The person on other side released a deep sigh and checked in into the airport he was leaving this country today it was a part of deal but he got his money before his work. Its was a life changing big amount for that person leaving these thoughts aside he left the country to start anew.

Ryan was pissed off but he doesn't know someone heard his conversation on call, the person sighed worryingly and turned around to leave. After sometime Liam entered in Ryan's room," So how are you buddy?",asked Liam dramatically Ryan just glared at him," ohh how silly of me ofcourse you are doing good see your broken neck and bandaged head", again Liam commented with sassiness in his tone,"Oh shut up Li..! or I will kill you without thinking twice that you are my bestfriend", Ryan said annoyed with Liam," Oh really? how will you do that if I remember I'm perfectly fine and you all bruised and injured", Ryan was pissed now," Don't you have any other work aside from pissing me?", Ryan asked showing his annoyance, Liam smirked seeing his effect on his friend,"oh ofcourse I had before but your this stunt made me leave all that so here I am chilling with you so after your discharge where should we go for vacation?", Liam said more like taunting Ryan, Ryan was shocked after hearing what he said,"Are you out of your mind? you left that project just to visit me? Do you really remember how much that project costs? It was a life changing opportunity we had..", Ryan facepalmed himself he was not thinking about himself but for his friend,"yes I do remember it was 50 million dollars worth project and don't worry I didn't terminate the project, just took a break till new year so don't over react", said Liam rolling his eyes," thank jesus..! atleast he gave you some brain", this time Ryan said dramatically more like in girls tone hearing this both the friends laughed. Liam hugged his friend saying," I missed you so much bud", Ryan was feeling content," I missed you too bro", after that they talk about some business,their college memories.
