I noticed that after the call, Jacob looked worried. He spaced out for a few moments. I had to tap his shoulder before he noticed me.
“Is everything fine? I have been calling your name but you spaced out.” I have never seen Jacob looking worried like this.
“What’s going on? Please tell me, baby.” He had to cover his face with his hands.
“I have to go to the port. One of our ships got on fire. The firefighters are there now to put off the fire. It just happened like 10 minutes ago. Someone heard a blast, then a huge fire started.” Now, I looked more worried than Jacob.
“I hope no one gets hurt. Please drive safely on your way there.” I kissed and hugged him before he left.
