Marriage Wish and Running away

It's been a week ever since Ellie was hired for her work. She told Lilly about everything. How she got hired and how they going to move to a big in the West Country.
They were both happy that their miserable life was coming to and end soon.
Ellie has been in the house with Lilly this past week. They will sometimes go out for some little things they will on their travel.
And they will sometimes go out just for fun to say goodbye to East Country. They are in their room now parking their things when someone knock on their door.
"Who is there?" Ellie asked.
"It's me Anna. Dad needs your present in the living room now". Anna voice came in as annoyance.
" Why, what does he want?" Ellie asked because ever since the last time they hurt Lilly, none of them had spoken with either of the twin.
"Stop being paranoid Ellie, how will I know what he wants since he only asked me to call for your present?" Anna replied and she was getting angry at Ellie's questions.
"It's okay Sis, let's go and find out." Lilly said. She just didn't want her sister to loose her cool over something trivial.
" We will be there in a minute." Ellie replied to Anna who just scoffed and left.
When Ellie and Lilly went downstairs, they saw all the family members sitting around in the living room.
It's startled them though. But they needs to know what this is all about. They sat next to each other on a single couch in the left corner of the room.
Ellie instinct tells her that anything they were going to tell them will not sit well with her. " What is it, why this f*****g meeting?" She asked in snobbish way though her inside was screaming with fear of what they will say.
"Ellie and Lilly, there's something you have to know. It's about your grandfather and your mother's last wish." Their father said to them.
Both Ellie and Lilly looked at each other and then straighten their back to listen to it. The word "mother " is like a gospel to their heart.
"What about mother, what last will are you talking about?" Ellie's heart was thumping like a volcano when she asked her father.
She really wants to know but it's scares her too.
Lilly was already weeping when their mother was mentioned. Gosh, she missed her so much.
Their father took a deep breath and brought out a letter from his pocket and handed it to the twin.
They took it quickly and started reading it. Though they were young when their mother died, but they knew her hand writing very well. Because they have some of her books with them up till date.
They were shocked when they read the letter.
The letter goes......
" Dear my sweet angels. I know by the time this letter reach your hands you might be grown up as a beautiful women".
"I'm sorry I left you early to face this cruel world, really sorry my sweethearts. I know you will understand me when the time comes".
"Another important thing is that, your grandfather once saved a rich man's life. In returns the man helped our family with everything we needed. I was arranged to marry the man's son but he was already in love with someone else and I was also in love with your father."
"Your grandfather and the man then agreed to let their grandchildren get marry in the future as to honor their friendship."
" I hope my babies understand what I'm trying to tell you. Either one of you my dearest twin has to fulfill that promise for me, for your grandfather and for our family."
"Ellie my love, you've always been the strongest one and I know you might have protected your sister up till now. I want you to know that I'm proud of both you. And also thank you for surviving till now."
"This is my last wish and request to you both. One of you should fulfill your grandfather wish which I couldn't."
"I know you won't disappoint mommy my girls. I love you soo much. And I will watch over you from up there ok."

The twin were shocked with tears in their eyes after reading the letter.
What will happen now? Ellie's dream will be shattered if she gets marry and she's not even interested in any man.
She can't let Lilly get marry too. Though they are at the same age, but Lilly is the softest and easy one. What if they bully her in her husband's house? No, none of them is going to get marry.
Sorry mommy, sorry grandpa, but we can't fulfill this promise.
" We are not going to get marry. Not me, nor Lilly." Ellie said. She got up and pulled Lilly to leave for the bedroom.
"What do you mean Ellie, this is your mother last wish. Don't you feel ashamed to your mother if you refuse her last wish. Do you think she will rest in peace in her grave?" their step mother said in annoyance.
She actually wants Ellie to get marry and leave the house so that they can maltreat Lilly more.
Ellie stopped in her track. She knew her step mother was somehow right but what about her dreams? She fought really hard for it.
And now that she got it, what just happened?
It's about to crush down. She's actually torn between the choice she should make.
"Ellie, Lilly, they are the people who were in our house last week when the commotion happened. They will be here tomorrow with the soon to be son in law. Prepare yourself." Their father said curtly.
Without a word they left for their bedroom. Ellie has been pacing in the room for more than an hour now.
"Ellie stop pacing. My head and eyes hurt from following all your moves."Lilly said playfully.
" Lilly, baby sis we have to run away tonight. We can't say here. We can't get marry." Ellie said nervously.
" No way Ellie, we can't run away. It's mom last wish and we have to fulfill it." Lilly said seriously now.
Ellie was surprised by her sister remark. "Are you crazy Lilly, what about my dream job? I have struggled a lots to finally got it. And now what, I'm supposed to ditch it because of some f*****g last wish of mom."
"ELLIE WATCH YOUR MOUTH!! " Lilly said in a loud and serious tone which startled Ellie. This is the first time she had seen her baby sis getting angry and moreover towards her.
She then realized that she went to far with her words. Their mother hold a special and a bigger place in their heart. She shouldn't have said that.
"I'm sorry Lilly, I'm sorry mom. I'm just stressed out from all this. Try to understand how I'm feeling Lilly". Ellie said nearly broken into tears.
Lilly rushed to her and hugged her tightly. She assured her.. " It's okay big sis, you don't have to get marry. I WILL GET MARRY. I WILL REPLACE YOU!!"
Ellie was astonished by her sister's words. " No Lilly, you will not.We are leaving this place and that is final." Ellie said sternly to her sister.
Lilly gave her a sad smile and said.. " Ellie, one of us have to fulfill mom's wish. You go on make your dream come true. I will be here waiting for you. I can get divorce when you finally make it and take me with you." Lilly started talking sense into her sister and gracefully enough her sister gave in to her .
It's hurt them that for the first time in their life they are going to be separated, but it will be worth it in the future.
They were also told that the family of the husband to be had chosen Ellie. It's was all messed up until Lilly asked her sister to run away tonight. They were supposed to leave for West Country next week so Ellie can hide herself somewhere till next week.
Lilly helped Ellie to park all her things in the evening. They locked their door and cuddled in each other arms while sobbing.
It was hard for them to be separated but fate has to cruel sometime.
