Ryder’s POV We are curtaly stopped at a gas station and the Royal guards won’t let my pack pay for anything. They’ve asked the kids if they wanted to get snakes and send them in with people behind them. The men in my pack pumped their gas for themselves not wanting to lose their ego. I was watching my mate as she laughed and talked to her men who were talking to each other like they were friends. I felt a sharp pain like someone was dying so I looked over and saw Rachel hunched over like the pain was coming from the inside of her. She looked over at me, but turned her eyes away from me as she searched for something.
