We walked inside together, and I felt every eye in the room follow us.
Once inside, Caleb leaned close, whispering.

He disappeared, and almost immediately, two of the three Axiom partners I met at London appeared at my side almost immediately.
I had no idea they even flew in for the summit.
"Ms. Sterling," one said, shaking my hand, "Wonderful to see you again."
"We're excited for tonight's announcement," the first continued, then smiled. "And very much looking forward to meeting your partner."
I thanked them smoothly and watched them leave, attending to the next guest.
Caleb found me seconds later and led me toward his teammates, where they were goofing around.
