             I knew it was a mistake coming down here when he retreated into an unknown room. He was definitely doing some kind of drug; he was so on edge and jumpy. I sucked in a deep breath nervously and placed my hands on the dining table.  It was black and made of marble, giving it a smooth feel as I ran my hands over the surface. The dining room itself was spacious and breathtaking. Two small chandeliers hovered over the dining table, serving as light fixtures. The wall far off to the left was in a stone grey that held a fireplace in the center with no fire.
