The others were out of sight, but I could still smell them. Blood from the dead Alpha covered my muzzle as I ran after them through the forest. Soon I saw them near a truck with the Bloodfang symbol painted on the side.
I growled. The red-haired man stepped in front of Selena like he could hide her from me. That only made me more determined. In my mind, I called him Red because I was about to cover him in his own blood.
