"the second falls.. What does that even mean?" I asked, running my hand across the parchment on the wall.
"Well, Kylie. It's a bit self-explanatory. I think it means the second veil is about to fall." Elijah said and made a face that had me smiling, even though my belly was in knots.
"but it says here that Damien is going to rise with its fall. Do you think it means he's found it? Or he's found a way to use that situation to his advantage?" I asked.
"beats me." Elijah said he and Jason were focused on the rest of the other drawings and notes on Mitchell's wall.
"I'm not even sure which one of these to be worried about." Jason said, "it's all very crazy. I mean , how does she even know about all of the relics we spent days collecting? "
"Maybe it’s Damien." I said quietly
