KYLIE'S POV
We were back where we started off. In the circle of four, with the other two witches chanting. When they realized that Elinor and I had left my mind, they stopped chanting, and we all let go of each other.
"You did well," Elinor said, looking at me.
I actually felt mentally and emotionally exhausted, but I smiled and nodded.
"That was a violation of my mind though." I said without a bit and she took it in good faith.
"we need to see how strong you were at your core. Much stronger than you give yourself credit for." Elinor said and stepped out of the circle, prompting the remaining of us to do the same.
Elijah strode toward me in quick, easy steps. He took out a handkerchief and wrapped it around my hand.
