Chapter 7 Where is my home?

1099 Words
Soon, thousands of demons surrounded Fu Hao. She looked at them when one of the demons grabbed her hands and pushed her down. "What a beauty," the demon grinned, and Fu Hao grabbed him by his throat. He choked and struggled, "Beauty is a mark to lure the cursed. Curse like you, especially," she smirked. Paimon stepped on her throat, "Leave him, or I'll crush your neck," "Try me! I'd better die that way than dying by getting r***d by filth like you," Paimon laughed, "Filth? You mean that?" He pointed at the blight on her neck, "The contamination has begun, lady demigod," She clutched the demon's neck tighter, digging her nails into his skin, "PAIMON, SHE WILL KILL ME!" Paimon moved his hands towards his neck, but his neck suddenly fell away from his torso, his body falling back. He was dead. Paimon shifts and looks up. He saw two golden eyes on the window near the roof. Opposite where Azazel was. He grunted his teeth, "Music..." Fu Hao looked at him, but she could only see two shining golden eyes in the dark until he used his power, a blue light emitted from his hand ranging to the sky, soon the dark clouds went away, and the moon shined again, taking all the dark sources and demons away. His face was more clear now than ever, his amber hair flowing with the wind, as his cloak did like a flag in the strong winds. His eyes were shining like gold, holding power to summon all the demons themselves. He was holding the beauty of the universe in himself as he walked down in the air. Small golden platforms were emerging mid-air like stairs as he walks down to me. The golden light that his body was emitting was so pure that all the demons take their steps back, and the blight on my neck, "IT'S CURED! ," I was in shock, but my eyes couldn't look away from me, but somehow I felt like I already knew as if I have seen him before, "But where?" As I kept trying to look at the reflection of the past, I remembered him. He was the one whom I saw amongst the crowd, the one with the expressionless face yet. I could see his smile hiding under those rose lips trying to catch my glimpse. "The wind blew, bringing with it the smell of fresh grass and the brief whiff of ash among the shops that used coal. It was a beautiful day, a day for everyone to enjoy the warm sunlight with their loved ones as the sound of the girl's giggling drifted past everyone's ears like the tune of a bell," I remembered the day and the boy, it was him but much clearer and I could see him as I could even touch him. He gave his hand to me, "Hold my hand, and I shall protect you from the rest," I wouldn't process what was happening, and yet in disbelief, I said, "no.." "I'M NOT ASKING YOU TO MARRY. I'M HERE TO PROTECT YOU, STUPID!!" "..." "....." "No wonder nobody likes you," Azazel spoke as he came towards us. It seemed as if he was not at all affected by the rays. "What do you mean by that?" I asked "I mean, even your beloved father left you for us," he smirked "That's not true, don't listen t-" as he continued, I slowly started feeling dizzy. The intensity grew gradually. "What does that suppose to mean now?" I asked as my voice was breaking "Your father signed a contract with us, and to fulfill it, we were supposed to take his soul, but he refused and said, "Instead of mine, I can give you my daughter's soul. Well, she is useless to me anyway," these were his last words until Paimon- ahh, never mind. "We agreed upon that, and now we are here," Paimon said from behind of Azazel. "But eventually when we came to know that you were a demigod, it was hard to believe, yet we would love to have our first demigod meal," "That's will just be a dream for you" he spoke again, but this time his voice- sounded heavier? I tried to stand up, but I could hardly even crawl now. I slowly started crawling to a dark place where nobody could see me, but I was bleeding badly....not able to even crawl. But as soon as he touched me. I got an electric shock running through my body... I look up once again into his eyes...the eyes had a comforting and warm feeling...I wasn't cold anymore...and the blight started recovering soon when he held my hand...I left like I'm home after many days of staying inside this darkness. "Who are you?", I asked looking at his moon bright face, He looked at me as he continued untying me, stood up, and put his right hand towards me... I looked at his hand, which looked soft and radiant as if a flower petal. I held his hand and stood up..." are you a God?", I uttered those words with a calm yet breaking voice he pushed my hair off my face as the belight slowly went away " I'm your savior...", he said that as slowly a smile took over his face. I remember that soothing smile of his...even years ago, it still has that comforting feeling of home in it... I closed my eyes and fell into a deep sleep...I felt at home and warm All I remember was his rosy lips and beautiful smile I don't know for how many hours or days have I been sleeping but when I woke up...nothing was the same I didn't see the forest in front of me but significant buildings... crowded roads... vehicles I have never seen in my life... I panicked as I ran towards each place....looking for him ... my home. but slowly I felt dizzy and my memories slowly drifted away. As I looked up at the sun, I got unconscious I woke up to all my memories drifting away... All I see is this new world...where I don't feel at home I want my home....where is it..? Why do I feel like I left behind something really close and important to me? All I had with me was him which I lost... I held a red umbrella in my hand as I walked through the unknown streets...trying to find my home...trying to find my memories..trying to find him - To be continued When the demons Amidst her
