HADZABAE’S POV

I left June’s room in trance.

My heart was pounding as if pestles were placed in there’s and my blood became more hotter than the middle eastern climate.

June was right. Before leaving his room, he’d overheard my conversation with mum and said, “What will you do to the mate bond? Dad’s an Alpha. He's going to smell us on you”

Do I tell mum that her stepson’s are now my mate and we nearly have s*x?

Or should I tell her that my fear of July dissipated after I gagged on his c**k?

What would I even tell her?

I rolled on my bed, my phone at hand, expecting something, but it never came.

After a while, I got up and dressed up. ‘Face your fears Hadzabae’ I told myself.

Just as I got out of the shower, my phone was blinking with several messages again, which I quickly checked to be from Mum.

“Swertheart, your admission to the pack university has been approved!! Moses and I are stopping at his Villa since our date was ruined, so…enjoy and prepare to resume to school”

My heart lit up. My long awaited admission has been approved which means very soon, I’d become a university student.

“So when will you arrive?” I asked before she ended the call.

Mum didn’t ask and hung up. These are two good news at the same time. Just until I find a solution to this endearing mate bond between these brothers and I, it’s best mum and Alpha Moses aren’t around.

For the rest of the day, I remained stuck in my room, binging Netflix.

NEXT DAY

Mum had sent me a message to go to school today for some appearances and show up at offices.

I couldn’t wait until 9PM before getting up and dressing eagerly, to be at school.

My brain these days was switching to rest and lazy mode, and I can’t wait to be around the bubbling school environment for a change.

No sign of my stepbrothers which meant July and April didn’t come back yesterday. June’s car was still at the park, but I don’t need anything to mess with my happiness this morning as I anxiously throttled to the subway.

In the next few minutes, the bus I boarded stopped before the giant gates of the hospital, and it took me a while before getting familiar to this environment.

I later joined the long que of students a the administration building where I was directed to, for some form submissions.

Things were fast, I was given an ID card and a locker, but and officially, school will resume form freshers soon. But I couldn’t wait, so I decided to give myself orientation as I have nothing to do at home anyway.

Two hours in to my tour, I bumped into a bullying scene consisting of none other than May, My fourth stepbrother.

The other students seems to fear and respect him so much, as he trampled on the weak Omegas.

I wished to stop him anyhow, but I couldn’t and I shouldn’t because I know nothing about May and he’s rarely at home.

I turned back. ‘Act like you never saw it, Hadzabae’ I warned myself. The last thing I would want is being popular at school.

My College days were spent like that and it was peaceful because no one minds if I make mistakes or not.

Just as I took a step to walk away, I bumped into a ferocious guy that made me staggered back, almost falling

“Hey watch it!” He barked, directing some attention towards us.

I regained my stance very fast. “So…Sorry”

He walked past, and but I don’t know why he stopped and looked back at me abruptly. “Who are you…?”

I looked around clumsily… “Em…What did you mean who am I? I’m a student here”

I mean who asks such questions in a university as big as this.

“Did you know me?” He asked again, this time his voice bossy and controlling.

Without any sage to tell me, I knew that he was looking for trouble and I’m not ready to give because I hate being loud.

I bowed slightly. “I apologize for bumping to you…I’ll …”

“I didn’t ask for your fuckin apology!”

At this stage, I was getting scared and some people are looking at us already, and from the bridge of the guy’s neck, I could see May getting interested in the charade that’s going on but hasn’t seen my face.

Perhaps I should run? Without pondering ahu further, I bowed slightly again. “I’m sorry. I’ll… I’ll just go”

Then I attempted to run but he pulled me back harshly. “I’m still talking to you, b***h!”

“What’s going on there?” Came May’s voice.

I gulped hard and fast and tried snapping away from the fellow. “Let me go”

“Not until you identify yourself!” He insisted.

I was in this tight spot when the idea hit me! My ID card! “I…I have an ID card”

By now, May was standing behind the guy, and as he strained his neck, out eyes met.

My heartbeat quickened. He frowned with irritation and pushed the guy aside.

“What are you doing here?”

The fellow tapped him. “Did you know her”

He ignored the fellow and still faced me squarely. “Why are you here b***h!” May suddenly snapped and tapped me.

Immediately his hand came in contact with my body, that motherfucking same thread traced it’s way out of my hand too….

That was when it stuck me… The mate bond only activates with body contact.

Up until now, I’d never had anything to do with my Delta stepbrothers, as I basically fear them due to their personalities, but now… I get it. The mate bond snapped when I saw July naked, touched April, touched June and now May?

The look on his face was very irritating at hell but he hissed. “No wonder that rouge was challenging” He said and sniffed. “So it’s you. The mate that was said would belong to all of us?”

I frowned. “What…did you mean?”

He stepped back and raised his hand. “I reject you as my mate”
