Kiss me!

503 Words
I got into my hall and while lecturing, I veered to my left and I met him coming in with the Dean of the college. Dean Fabian Royce. He walks in with the stranger that gave me the handkerchief, I got so interested as to why the dean was here with him. Dean Fabian had him acquainted with the entire class, he called him, Jax Leon. Everyone in the hall, most especially the ladies made googly eyes with him. Jax on the other hand wore a serious face and rides past their seats without taking a look at them. I laughed within, my pen fell from my hand, I bent down to get it and getting up, I saw Jax was seated next to me. Our eyes met and immediately he looks away facing the professor teaching. That's strange, why do I have this feeling that Jax is avoiding my gaze. I also faced the professor and after classes, I went out of the hall heading to the library. Jax walks out of the hallway and while he rides past, every girl turned and looked at him. I won't delude, Jax was very handsome, like he was a whole 10/10 package, I am certain in less than a week, he's going to get a lot of admiration from a 99% of the girls here. While the one percent, which is me, will watch and laugh, as he sent whatever love gesture they have for him straight to hell. I was just going to the library when I withdrew back, spotting violet talking with Jax. I moved a little closer, hiding behind a pillar. Violet tried to use her charms to woo him, isn't Jax the same person that throw her directly into a trashcan, and now she's trying to salvage herself with him?. She's indeed shameless. I listened to everything she had to say, Jax, on the other hand, kept quiet, he takes a look at her and rides past without giving her a single response. Violet screamed and stormed out, her friends more like Barbie dolls went after her. I felt sorry and a lot pleased Jax didn't listen to her manipulated words, I took a step further to leave, and just then I was dragged back by the same person I thought had fled. "J...Jax," I sputtered. He jammed my back on the wall, grabbing my hands apart. I look down and saw that his shirt was half-buttoned, and he was a lot close to me. Our lips were an inch close and the only thing stopping me from kissing him was the fact that I feel I might not live to tell the story. "Tell me something, Ava?" He spoke out, "were you listening to my conversation?" He puts in. I swallowed a hard spit, do I have to tell him the truth, because I might end up with a huge problem. Jax waited for my response and since I couldn't find my words, he lets me go and left.
