Jax

Jax lives with his dad and grandma, a few doors down from Aura, and has lived there his whole life he lost his mom at a young age so has been raised by his dad and Grandma.

Jax is 6ft tall has black short hair, hazel eyes and is wearing black jeans, a white t-shirt with a black open shirt over it. Just getting back from school he says "Hi Gran how's your day been?" his Grandma replies "Hello Jax, my day has been good, I ran some errands, picked up the dry cleaning, and got some groceries." he kisses her cheek and goes up to his room, his dad is out at work he recovers broken down cars and fixes them up he is self-employed.

Jax sits at his desk and starts going over everything, that happened in school today, with Aura and Braden, he carnt help that he loves her and has been since he was 16, he hasn't told anyone about this because he worried it will ruin his friendship with Aura.

So he keeps it all to himself and writes it all down on his computer, it's in a hidden file only he knows about.

Today at school, a new guy started, Aura was really attractive to him, she was in a trance whenever she looked at him, I felt very jealous because she never looked at me in that way.

I don't know what to do, I carnt tell her my feelings, because I carnt lose her nor can I live with her getting with the new guy from school, so much will change, I got a bad feeling from the guy he seems like he hiding something, all his mates all look the same has him, tall big build with muscles and sun-kissed skin.

I'm also sure that when I looked at him his eyes changed colour, he gave me that cocky smile that pissed me off, all day I was trying to talk with Aura but she just seemed so distant, and daydreaming, at the end of school she bumped into the new guy Braden, he had her in his arms and she looked comfortable and wasn't afraid of him, they spoke exchanged names, then he said he will see her around, I was angry because she could have introduced me, I was standing right next to her.

The car ride home we didn't talk, just listened to the music that was playing when we got to hers I said I was going home to catch up on some studying, the truth was I just wanted to be alone.

After getting all his thoughts down, he went back downstairs to help his Gran sort dinner, she was preparing veggies, so I started helping her with the rest, we were having hotpot one of Gran's favourite dishes. While everything was cooking we set the table and spoke about how the day had been my phone pinged and it was a msg from Aura asking if I wanted to go watch a movie with her, I said yes after I'd eaten, we go to the movies a lot just me and her.

We arrived at the movies, picked the new black widow movie, we went halves on popcorn and a drink, went to find our seats the film was good, I brushed past her hand a few times and I got butterflies every time, from just touching her, I look around the movie theatre and see a lot of couples if u was a bystander u would think me n Aura was a couple.

The movie ended, we headed back home said our goodbyes outside Aura's house, I went home as I was approaching, my dad was pulling into the driveway, we said hello and I went up to the bed, had a shower and laid on my bed, I sent Aura a goodnight text set my alarm and went to sleep.

Woke up at 6:30 had a shower, put on some black combat shorts, a white T-shirt with a pair of black converse, run some gel through my hair and brushed my teeth, got my backpack sorted and headed downstairs to get breakfast Gran and dad was still sleeping so I had a coffee and made my way over to Aura's for breakfast.

Walking through the back door, like I do every day I was greeted with the smell of fresh coffee and bacon, we were having eggs bacon and fried bread, I and her dad was talking about the next lacrosse game, that is in a few weeks and asked if I would want to practice with him, he used to be the captain of the team when he was at school, I jumped at the chance, he never lost a single game the whole time he was captain and I was learning from the best.

while we were talking Aura and her mom was talking bot going shopping, so she can update her wardrobe, now it is starting to get cooler, her mom offered to pack away all the summer items, she being the only child, her mom did everything for her she can do a lot of things, her mom just likes doing them since she wasn't working at the moment, the bookstore where she works is being refurbished, her dad teaches other kids how to play lacrosse and works partime at the gym.

After breakfast we headed to school me hoping yesterday was a one-off, an Aura wouldn't be daydreaming over the new guy, but I was wrong as soon as we pulled into the carpark, standing by a black SUV was Braden and his mate's, Aura hasn't spotted them yet, which is good because she would probably crash her car.

Walking into the building, she was busy searching through her backpack, she didn't see them we got to class, today we had chemistry and she paired up with one of her girlfriends Jada, I was with a guy I played lacrosse with, today's lesson was cutting up frogs and looking at there insides and then sewing them back up.

So far Braden isn't in this class, which was good because I knew Aura wouldn't be concentrating on her work, I was looking around the class and saw a new girl she looked at me and smiled and said "Hi I'm Chloe. I'm not liking this class it's grossing me out!" she made me laugh we got talking for a bit she said "I'm new to the school, I came with Braden and the others, they all push me out of the group, only I and Braden are single, I'm in love with Braden, but he doesn't feel the same way." as the bell went I said, "it was nice speaking to you, hopefully, we get to know one another?" Chloe replied, "that sounds good, was nice to meet you, see you around!" I went over to Aura.

We walked to the canteen and guess who was there, Braden as soon as I looked at Aura she was already glued to him, not breaking eye contact he called her over, I've never seen her move so quick and just left me standing there, so I carried on ordered my lunch, a sandwich meal wasn't feeling anything too heavy, I have gym next period and went to sit at a table.

I looked over, and saw Braden and Aura in deep conversation, she looked over and saw me looking she said "I will be over in two minutes," I carried on eating my lunch, and scrolling through my phone, two minutes passed and she was still talking, at this rate she going to miss getting any lunch, after ten minutes she finally came over and sat down next to me, she had some fries and bottled water, she started talking about Braden and saying that he was joining the team, and she was going to come to watch the tryouts I said " you never came to watch me, when I did tryouts," she replied, "you never asked me too, and I have a free period."

The bell for lunch was over, so I headed over to the gym got changed into my workout gear, and started doing a workout the teacher had set, as I was working out, I looked out the window and saw all the people that were there for the tryouts, all the guys Braden comes with are all there, in the stands, I see the Aura and her friend Jada sitting there watching them.

I finished my workout, and stood by the window watching the tryouts, the new guys were fast and good, I carnt see the coach saying no to these, they will be good for the team, Aura and Jada were jumping up and down in the stands like cheerleaders, every time the new guys did something, a few rows up I spotted Chloe, the look she was giving Aura was scary she looked like she was ready to pounce on her and rip her eyes out.

After school was over Aura dropped me off at home, she went to pick up her mom so they could go shopping I said "Thanx for the lift, what did you think of the tryouts today?" she replied, "the guys are really good, they will be a good addition to the team." I said goodbye and got out of the car.
