Emily shuts the computer and closes her eyes and gently massages her head with her fingers. She feels the fatigue in her body. Slowly she opens her eyes and looks at the clock in her office, which reads 8 pm. The time has flown by while she was immersed in her client's file. It's already been 2 hours since she sent her assistant home.. At 28, Emily is the clinic's youngest psychologist. This does not mean that she has little experience and she is known for always trying hard. In fact, Emily doesn't know any better than to always put her best foot forward, this is something that was always expected of her.. Emily gets up from her chair and gathers her things. The moment she wants to put on her coat, her phone rings. She picks up her phone and sees her father is calling. Immediately she gets a bad feeling in her stomach; their last conversation had been a bit heated but in the end she had agreed to his wish and accepted a bodyguard. She did want a female; She doesn't know exactly why she demanded this but Emily felt she would be more comfortable with this. It just doesn't seem like anything to her to be stuck with a man, with a big ego, all the time.. Emily picks up the phone with her most cheerful voice and greets her father; "Hi Dad, you're calling at a late hour! Are you okay?" "Hey honey, sorry for the late call, I've just been busy all day setting up security around you and I'd like to meet in the morning to introduce you to your bodyguard and go over the rest of the security details." Emily sighs and tries to hide her irritation, as always he is straight to business "Well, dad it's Tuesday tomorrow and I have my regular appointments with my clients. I only have room before 8 a.m. or after 7 p.m. So it’s whatever you want" Meanwhile she walks out of her office, locks it, and continues towards the exit of the clinic. "Tomorrow I expect you at my office at 7 a.m., sleep well" her father says sternly and ends the phone call. “Yes of course Dad, I'm fine bye the way , nice of you to ask” she mumbles angrily into thin air. She puts her phone away, closes the clinic and walks to her car.
