Chapter- 1 The beginning with the end

It's 5 in the morning, the city is still asleep, the birds are chirping even before the the faint morning light starts to take over the darkness, maybe because this morning is unusual, maybe because this morning, I am soaked in my own blood. The knife is lying on  the floor. A deep cut in my wrist explains the situation to my mom who still can't believe what she is witnessing with her eyes, my father who is trying to put pressure on the wound to stop the blood flow, my brother who is blacking out from fear. The ambulance arrived half an hour later and the siren was echoing all over the place and the silence was of the morning was broken with the wailing noise of ambulance.

We arrived the hospital in the ambulance where my father my was sitting and my brother and and my mother were arriving from autorickshaw, I  guess, but the tension was rising before we even arrived the hospital I could barely open my eyes but I when I saw my father's face I knew why he was tensed, he was worried that doctor will rule it as suicide and police will get involve.

We arrived to the hospital and my father rushed me to the doctor and said

"Doc he is seriously injured from the railing of staircase". The doctor didn't see my cut but he saw the blood and he realised the situation and I was immediately sent to the operation theatre.

That's the time when the sound of my surrounding started to blur and past and present time started lapsing in my head. All I could remember was my unbearable past, my family, Tobi, Natasha, friends, every memory was flashing so fast I couldn't even see a clear memory. I was awake subconsciously as they were operating on my hand, my heart beat was relaxing and a bit later I think I was in a deep sleep........

"Arav can you hear me if yes please give us a sign" I heard this faint voice from doctor and I tried to lift my finger, I was in coma. I opened my eyes after a few days and I saw my mom and dad's face, this was the first time they were happy that I failed in something, a bit funny though, but they were in tears of happiness. The doctor told them I needed rest and that is the point where I unfold my whole story but this time with a positive side, but first I want you to know what made me took such a step in such a early stage in my life, yes I'm 21 and my life had begun and I choose to end it.

I was born in a small village Bilaspur were we lived as joint family, my father is two brother and and we all lived in a government house that was given to my father, as every joint family has its ups and down it goes for my family as well, my elder brother moved to Jaipur for schooling in class 3, as he was 3 years older than me I was still in the village's school. My uncle also decided to move his daughter and son to the city, my uncle son got admission to K.V. V senior secondary school at class 12 and her daughter kajal got admission to J. V. V senior secondary at class 10 the same school as my brother Rohit went to.

The younger brother of my father was not having any son or daughter at that time so as child I was alone with all the elder members of the family. I don't remember but all the elderly member say that when I was a kid, I always behaved like an elder member of the family, a year later I got to admission at J. V. V at class one so I went there too and I was so excited to go because for me the city was so amazing, at that time every building amused me. So we were living in a rent apartment were we were four children and our aunt were also there. The good part was education but the worse part was not having my mother, I called her every night and at that time I really missed her, sometimes I even cried sometimes. The new school haunted me for sometime but I made friends I started to mix with the city folks. My first friend in the city was Ritik, he was good in studies and because of my background I was struggling with that, he helped me a lot in those initial days and even before I realised my life has already taken a pace I still can't realise how time passed so fast.
