Tyler After killing the vampire I was fighting with, I tried to find the one that went after Bianca, though I wasn’t able to find either him or Bianca. Her scent and the trail of blood simply faded away as I reached the edge of a river. She must have jumped. I walked along the riverbank, desperate to find any trace of her. On the way down, following the waterline, I found the vampire groaning on the floor. The nasty thing was succumbing to his wounds. Crouching down, I stabbed the brass knife many times, ending his misery and the last threat to Bianca that was still standing. Now, I only had to find her. As my eyes saw the edge and the noise of the water falling powerfully filled my ears, Rolf howled, sounding like a wounded dog, “Damn, that’s a big waterfall! If she fell from it…”
