POV: Hope My mind continued to race even after I sat down on my bed. Something about the carvings gnawed at my brain. I paced the floor but I couldn't pinpoint anything specific. How I wish Tim were here with me. As long as I've known him, he's always been able to look at issues from all sides. Even as kids, he could deconstruct a problem and come up with unique perspectives.
