I decided to focus on the class and not the fact that Ryan was the trainer. I couldn't help feeling conscious a few times, particularly when our eyes met.
I'd have to admit, it was a great class, and Ryan is a great instructor. For a beginner like me, the movements are easy to follow, and I felt really good when the class was over.
