Disposal meant going to a deserted place and detonating the bomb. In this case Tom desired to see the bombs dismantled and examined as to the composition, the manner of setting the timer into the Semtex, the type of blasting cap used, in short, everything. Curiosity dictated he know whether the clock was wired to the bomb or used det cord to set off the cap.
