I was contemplating turning around and walking away when the door to Asher's room opened and he stood there.
He didn't say a word and I didn't either. We looked at each other for what felt like forever.
" Come in." He invited me. I hesitated. This was his room after all. The last time I was inside there was when I sneaked to check on him.
