The Prom-2

As we left, I really thought he was going to take me home. But then, he turned to me and said. “I want to take you somewhere. Just a few minutes. I hope you don’t mind.” I said, “Fine.” So, he took me to this area by the river. It was a little out of town, maybe a 15-minute drive. It was late, so there was no traffic. When we arrived, he parked, helped me out of the car, and then we sat on the hood of his car. It’s kind of crazy. I knew I was attracted to him. He was handsome. He was everything. But I was also really afraid. We were alone, in a deserted place. I thought he was going to come on to me, that he would demand things I couldn’t give him. I loved the attention. I loved everything about this moment. But he was a lot older, and I was kind of scared. I wasn't ready for that.
